Account Registration for Advisors

When you register, it is a condition of your use the Service that you provide [Fi] Life Framework LLC current, complete and accurate registration information. You must keep this information updated during your Subscription term.
[Fi] Life Framework LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any registration
without any reason, obligation, and liability to you or to any other party.
[Fi] Life Framework LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any registration without any reason, obligation, and liability to you or to any other party.
You may not have more than one active [Fi] Life Framework LLC account without approval from [Fi] Life Framework LLC.
You agree to immediately notify [Fi] Life Framework LLC of any unauthorized use of your [Fi]Life Framework LLC Account.
Upon completion of the registration process, you will have created a password for access to the Service.
You agree (i) not to access and use the Service by any means other than through your [Fi] Life Framework LLC Account, password and interface provided by [Fi] Life Framework LLC for accessing the same; and (ii) to keep in strict confidence and not share with any non-authorized third party the non-transferable account information, login-in ID and password provided to you by [Fi] Life Framework LLC or that you may have created. You agree that you are solely responsible for (a) keeping your access credentials safe and secure; (b) preventing unauthorized access to those access credentials; (c) keeping your [Fi] Life Framework LLC Account information confidential; (d) maintaining appropriate anti-virus and anti-malware software on your computer and devices; and (e) complying with all third party credential requirements when accessing and using third party products and services.
You agree that any communications received by [Fi] Life Framework LLC through your email was sent or authorized by you. If your credentials or your third-party credentials are compromised for any reason, you must change your password, and you must contact [Fi] Life Framework LLC or the third-party supplier if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree that [Fi] Life Framework LLC and its suppliers are not responsible for the security of your credentials or your third-party credentials.
[Fi] Life Framework LLC and its respective suppliers have no liability for any loss, claim, or other damages that result from unreported or unauthorized use of your credentials

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing Cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew in accordance with these Terms unless you cancel it or [Fi] Life Framework LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting [Fi] Life Framework LLC customer support team at josh@filifeadvisor.com.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide [Fi] Life Framwork LLC with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and any other valid payment method information. You agree [Fi] Life Framework LLC may use a third-party payment processor (i.e., Stripe). By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize [Fi] Life Framework LLC and our third-party payment processor to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, [Fi] Life Framework LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Free Trial

[Fi] Life Framework LLC LLC may, at its sole discretion, oﬀer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by [Fi] Life Framework LLC until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you have cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for Subscription plan you selected.At any time and without notice, [Fi] Life Framework LLC reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial oﬀer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial oﬀer.

Fee Changes

[Fi] Life Framework LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become eﬀective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

[Fi] Life Framework LLC will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes eﬀective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into eﬀect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Certain refund requests for a Subscription may be considered by [Fi] Life Framework LLC on a case- by-case basis and, if granted, such grant is based on the sole determination and discretion of [Fi] Life Framework LLC.
